Immigrant Settlement and Adaptation
(ISAP)
Through the Immigrant Settlement and
Adaptation Program (ISAP), the
Brampton Multicultural Centre (BMC)
provides direct and essential
services to newcomers to help them
with their adaptation and settlement
in Canada. These services include
employment-related assistance,
information and orientation on
immigration, health, education and
housing, translation, interpretation
and application forms, referrals to
government and community resources,
and support counselling for
individuals and families.
Information seminars are also held
on a monthly basis on issues of
interest such as:

Housing, Employment
Standards
Job Search
Parenting & Child
Development
Canadian Workplace Culture
Health & Nutrition, Fire &
Safety
Police Information &
Community Safety
