Crisis Counselling

A crisis encompasses not only a traumatic event or experience but also an individual’s unique response to the situation. At various stages in life, most people encounter some form of crisis, often accompanied by a wide range of emotions. Each person’s reaction to a crisis is different, and it is natural to feel frightened, anxious, or depressed during such times. Our crisis counseling program, which includes services for youth, is designed to provide time-limited support and guidance to individuals or groups, such as families or communities, during times of crisis. The primary goal is to help clients achieve stability, foster a sense of empowerment, and ensure safety through access to appropriate resources.
